3. Shipping & Customs (Europe)

We ship our vape products throughout Europe. However, regulations regarding e-cigarettes vary by country (e.g., TPD compliance).

The customer is responsible for complying with their local laws regarding the importation of vaping products. GlideVape is not responsible for packages seized by customs due to local restrictions or unpaid duties/taxes in the destination country.

4. Returns & Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene and health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened e-liquids, disposable vapes, or clearomizers unless they are faulty. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on hardware warranties.
