Returns & Warranty Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GlideVape. Below you will find our policies on returning vape kits, consumables, and claiming warranties.
Unwanted Items (14 Days)
Changed your mind? You can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in original, sealed packaging.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty / Damaged Items
If your device is dead on arrival (DOA) or develops a fault, we will replace it free of charge.
- Vape Mods/Kits: 3-6 Month Warranty (Manufacturer dependent).
- Disposables: Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- We cover the return shipping for faulty goods.
⚠️ Important Hygiene Policy
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items if the seal has been broken or the packaging opened:
*Exceptions are made only if the item is deemed faulty upon arrival.
How to Return an Item
Contact Support
Email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and description of the issue (photos/videos help for faulty items).
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request. If approved, we will send you an RMA number and return address.
Pack & Send
Pack the items securely. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 days.
