En GlideVape, we only stock authentic products from top manufacturers. However, due to the nature of electronic cigarettes, different components carry different warranty periods.

What is NOT Covered?
Accidental Damage
Damage caused by dropping the device, crushing, or heavy impact is not covered. Dents, scratches, and broken screens are considered wear and tear.
Improper Charging
Damage caused by using high-amp phone chargers (Fast Charge) on small vape batteries. We recommend using a standard 1A wall adapter or USB port.
Liquid Damage
Internal damage caused by e-liquid leaking into the device (often due to coil flooding) or water immersion is not covered by the manufacturer warranty.
Product Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee that all items sold on GlideVape are 100% genuine. Most products come with a scratch-off verification code on the packaging.
We recommend checking the code on the manufacturer's official website (e.g., Elf Bar, Geekvape, Vaporesso) before throwing away the box.
